On January 19th my Aunt Eva celebrated her 70th birthday. She had invited her children and their children as well as me and my brother to join her for a garden party. I would love to have gone since I absolutely adore her, but she lives in Sydney and it just wasn't feasible for me to go. She's an amazing woman with an adventurous spirit. With teaching as her career, she has volunteered with the Peace Corps many times. Her last round was on Vanuatu for a year and a half.
Knowing that she loves to garden, I made this piece for her. I hope it makes it to Australia safely and I hope to make it there one day soon myself!

This is just sooo beautiful Lisa, I KNOW she will treasure it. I hope you get to go there as well, do you need someone to go with?? LOL.
ReplyDeleteMy lucky cousin gets to go there in May...lucky her. I love so much to see your beautiful creations. xxxRena
